Perhaps a suggestion would be taking the money we would spend on each other and just throw a party. Dinner party and have people come over for drinks later or something. And with that we could play one of those gift exchange games or something.

are we exchanging xmas presents this year? what do you guys want? Give me some ideas, otherwise it's cup-a-noodles for everyone.
