Ok not to toot my own horn, but some good news....

I know I have been bitchin' for months about my job and worrying about getting promoted, etc. Well it finally happened. On Tuesday it was announced that I have moved up to becoming a Staff Software Engineer (before I was just a S/W Engineer). Technically my role as an Engineer is a Project Manager (don't ask me how that works).

It took me 3 years and I'm just happy to finally get recognized for the work that I do.

I would like to go out and celebrate perhaps this weekend. Dinner and some drinks, dunno if anyone would be interested. Just let me know...
